Refund policy

At Belia Boutique, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please note:

1. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer (€4.99 - €9.99)
2. Exchanging for a voucher is free. However, if you request a refund, an additional €14.99 will be deducted.
3. We do not make changes or refunds after 14 calendar days
4. We do not issue any refunds if the order is in transit, the item is used, or any detail beyond the initial condition of the package has been altered.
5. Returned footwear must arrive in its original packaging, box, and with all accompanying brand accessories. If we receive the item and it is missing any of these components, the following penalty will apply:

• • €14.99 if the inner wrapping of the pair is missing.
  • €12.99 if the pair verification certificate is missing.
  • If the item is returned without the original box or if the box is damaged by the customer, the return will be cancelled and any refund or return of the item will be voided.
